SHIPPING POLICY (USA Shipping)
BeakView Cameras ships out all orders the same day that the order is received, as long as the order is received by 10:00 AM CST on a business day. If the order comes in after 10:00 AM CST or on a holiday or weekend, the order will ship out the next business day.
You will receive an email with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped and picked up by shipping carrier, which usually occurs same business day or next business day. If a product is out of stock or there is another problem or issue, Beakview will contact you at the contact information you require. It is recommended you provide your phone number and email during checkout process so we can have 2 ways to contact you if needed.
USA Shipping:
- All orders of $50.00 or greater will receive FREE USPS/UPS Ground 3-10 Day Shipping and orders under $50.00 will have a $6.79 shipping cost for this USPS/UPS Ground 3-10 day Shipping service.
- All orders where customer does not select UPS Expedited (next day air, 2 day air or 3 day select via UPS) are being shipped using USPS priority service or UPS Ground from Texas. Orders usually arrives in 1 - 5 business days, depending upon where you are in the USA and how close you are to Texas.
- BeakView Cameras will ship most orders via UPS Ground, however, Beakview reserves the right to ship using USPS priority at our sole discretion. If you require a certain shipping method for your particular address, contact Beakview upon order or add notes with order.
- Beakview will do our best to ship using your request at no additional cost, but there may be a nominal additional shipping cost, which we will contact you before we ship to get your approval. Call us at 512-582-1277 or email sales@beakviewcam.com.
- If you require UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day or UPS overnight, you can choose this shipping option upon checkout and pay the appropriate additional shipping cost.

BeakView Cameras does not add additional insurance and does not require signature on any shipments, unless request from customer. If customer requests insurance, there will be an additional insurance cost. If customer requests signature required, there could be an additional fee for this service.
For any missing items or mistakes that BeakView Cameras makes for shipments of products to customers, BeakView Cameras must be notified within 3 business days from the date customer received shipment. If BeakView Cameras is notified after 3 business days, then BeakView Cameras is not responsible for any potential mistakes made by USPS, UPS, or BeakView Cameras.
Tracking Your Order
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us, and we'll fix it!
Change your address.
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@beakviewcam.com or at +1 512-582-1277.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
Unexpected Delays
Sometimes, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!
Parcel damaged in transit
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
